What you need
A resale or exempt-use certificate
New Jersey form ST-3 (resale) or ST-4 (exempt use), or your own state's resale certificate. This is what makes a sale tax-free under New Jersey law. A tax ID or EIN on its own does not, which is why we cannot take one at checkout.
- Your business name, address and phone
- The type of business (store, shop, fleet…)
- The certificate as a PDF or photo (up to 4 MB)

- No sales tax on your orders while your certificate is on file
- The same parts, oils and accessories, with your account's pricing and order history
- Order online, pay by card or on invoice
- Pick up in Linden or have it delivered
- A sales contact who knows your account
